Ed works with individuals and teams across the enterprise and also on high stakes projects; facilitating, stretching and coaching as they lead.

Ed’s passion for leadership coaching began in the late 80’s, building a sales team in Asia across 10 countries for a US Multi-national.

Today Ed is known for;

• Coaching current leaders complementing their technical strengths with the essentials of people and enterprise leadership.
• Conducting leadership development for corporates in Infrastructure.
• Coaching several of the now new leaders responsible for delivering the current wave of infrastructure in NSW and around the country
• His role co-founding the widely recognized Future Leaders Program

Ed coaches organisations as they establish or reposition their business. From research and strategy through to execution, Ed works with the Leadership team as a group and then individually within their own teams, to achieve strategic change. Ed focuses on building strategic thinking and customer skills inside Infrastructure businesses, bringing the unrelenting client focus required to win the right work with the right clients.
